INITIAL MEETING
Our first step in building your home is building a relationship with you. Let's get our first meeting on the calendar! We want to fully understand your lifestyle and how you are going to live in this home. We want to hear all your ideas and all about your dream spaces to begin our design process and create the perfect plan for you. After all, it starts with a vision - your vision! Your home is an extension of who you are and a reflection of your life. To turn those dreams into reality, we need to know what you love, what you hate, and what you just can't live without. We start with understanding the dreamer- then it's all about creativity!
DESIGN & PRESENTATION
Once we have the concept of your vision, our team gets to work. This is truly our favorite part of the process! It's where we take all those ideas discussed in the initial design meeting and create spaces for you that you're sure to love. We research, brainstorm, collaborate, and innovate. With artistic savviness, we designed your home to exceed your initial expectations. We will present to you a home that is structurally exceptional and aesthetically breathtaking! We know you'll fall in love with your dream as we make it become your reality.
PLANNING
Creativity/design planning and construction. Designers, engineers, and construction managers meet to bring all the ideas together to turn your blueprints into working drawings. This is where our high- quality construction standards are incorporated to give you a home that surpasses your expectations. Quality is what Blue Bee Builders Homes are known for!
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
This is the most exciting time of the whole process! It’s the tangible part of the process where our homeowners get to see how their design and creativity start to take shape. Our respected and professional teams of subcontractors work in collaboration with the Burton Team, planning each stage of construction carefully. The slab is poured, the blocks go up and the roof is on, homeowners truly get to see how their blueprint is becoming their dream home!
FINISHING TOUCHES
This phase runs simultaneously with the construction phase. At Blue Bee Builders, we welcome you to stop by your home and follow its progress. We hope that as the foundation and framework of your new home grow stronger, so does our relationship. You'll meet with our construction and design teams along the way to solidify your vision. You'll meet with various trades to put the finishing touches on the details and begin to design your custom pool and custom landscape packages. You'll engage with Dmitry along the way to perfect every detail put into your home.
